nightcrew is a digital-and-physical object system: animated gifs as the moving sketch and onchain record, physical figures as the same cryptoart-city cast pulled into clay, print, paint, and shelf space.

the token is the receipt, the gif is the living drawing, and the physical is the artifact that escaped the browser tab. when a figure exists, this archive pairs it beside the matching digital character so collectors can see the full object story instead of a flat marketplace row.
