nightcrew is built as both an animated onchain object and a shelf-ready physical figure. the gif keeps the hand-drawn motion and token receipt; the physical pushes the same cryptoart-city character into clay, print, paint, and collector space.

the point is not merch-after-art. it is one object moving between browser, wallet, hand, and shelf — digital provenance with a physical body that still feels crooked, handmade, and alive.
